Canada Orders Done, USA Begun :)

Hi Everyone,
Happy New Year!
Just a quick update for you today.
We've finished shipping the last of the Canada orders. Most of this last group were to people with very large orders or who were further east (Ontario).
We've also shipped the first of the U.S. orders (30 down, 120 to go!).
Next Monday/Tuesday we'll be shipping as many more as we can. We'll post another update then.
A few people have been asking about the cookbook so we have an update on that as well. We've finished the design/layout and created all the recipes. All that's left is to take a few nice looking pictures and get it sent out. We're hoping to be able to do that in the next 2-3 weeks.
In addition to making a lot more product, we're going to be spending the next few days getting back to everyone who has emailed or messaged us. Thanks so much for your patience, we're almost there!!

Canada Backers- Last 50 orders being shipped out today and tomorrow. Some orders may be delayed until January 2nd.
USA Backers- Shipping begins on January 2nd. Will post another update then.

Canada Orders En-Route!

Hi Everyone,
It's taken a lot longer than we were hoping but we are making some solid progress!
Here's a quick update
Victoria Backers
90% of our Victoria backers have been called and most of you have picked up your orders. We'll be combing through our lists this week to make sure we haven't missed anyone. Feel free to email us ([email protected]) if you haven't heard from us yet.
Canada Backers
We shipped out the first batch of boxes today. The 2nd batch is going out tomorrow.
That should account for 80% of the orders. The remaining ones will be sent on the 11th.
USA Backers
Our new (and realistic timeline) for US orders going out is December 18th. We are still discussing the best solution with our U.S. shipping partner (Shyp).
If you have any questions about your order or need us to make special arrangements (delay shipment until after the holidays, fast track shipment etc.) just let us know at [email protected]

Hi Everyone,
We've ran into a few delays in getting the backer rewards out.
We've had a few key people get sick which has set us back by a week or two.
We're still getting orders out every day but not at the pace or scale we had originally planned for.
We're working hard on getting everything out and hope to be finished by the end of the month. We'll update once we have a more solid timeline in place.

A huge thanks to everyone who turned up for our Vancouver and Kelowna pick up days!!
It was great getting to meet all of you and serve up some plant based goodness. High fives to Doan's Craft Brewery and the Earth to Table Vegan market for hosting us!

Now, for everybody else!
Unfortunately things are taking a little bit longer than we'd hoped to get all of the orders put together and sent out. We definitely underestimated the time it takes to produce,pack and ship so many orders. Rest assured, we are working as hard as possible to get everyone their rewards as quickly as possible. Yesterday we had the first batch of pickups from our Victoria store. An updated schedule is below but still subject to change.
Updated Schedule
November 2nd-12th: Victoria Orders Pick Up (we'll call or email you when your order is ready)
November 6th: First batch of Canada orders sent out
November 13th: US orders sent out (hopefully, still confirming with our shipping provider)
November 14th: Second batch of Canada Orders sent out
November 20th: International orders sent out
